First off, this is my formal confession on the forum (allready done in the chatroom) where I admit to lying about all my times, save for those of the Egg-Go-Round, which are no longer records anyway. I'll get that out of the way.
Anyways, to comment on a few points, Mario Kart DS is indeed a fun game. Not purchasing this while in possession of a DS should warrant a death sentence, though that might just be the fanboy in me.RPG, I take it that you don't snake in MK:DS? Most of your times are decent, but could do with major improvement. I'd be interested to play you online.
Myself, I've barely time attacked, but am working on the cracking of the time trial code for anoter site, which is not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. Pressing up,down, L,R,Y, and A (in that order) while viewing the time under the results section will yield a code, to be employed by Nintendo in official time attack tournaments. The applications for other time-attack sites are obvious. Unlike TSC, however, I have no interest of abusing this knowledge. I feel that I've moved on since my 2 year period of idiocy and supposed self enlightment.
I'm curious to see how long it would take somebody to clear CastleVania:Dawn of Sorrow on a hard file without sequence breaking. For "clear mode", I'd assume around 2 or 3. The Valmanway sword and Abbadon soul would see to thet quick elimination of all enemies. Of course, to get both you'd have synthesize the Abbadon soul, start a new clear file, play through that, and start yet another clear file. As for a normal hard mode without the best weapons and souls, it would likely take 4-5. Julius mode, somewhere around 7-8. Somebody should attempt that. Somebody who isn't me.
